So the peri-menopause body pains aches and hormone fluctuations have resulted in weight gain. I am now in a bodysuit that I don’t recognise. I don’t feel like me and I don’t like it. So change has to happen – so what have I done? – I’ve become a hueligan! Along with HIIT workouts and more weights – all things recommended for the over 50’s – I’ll update my blog with progress.
